Flavours Shoalhaven was already a successful fine food wholesaler and retailer, however their tired brand and 3 separate websites were really slowing them down and would not help their cause when trying to sell the business.
We needed to consolidate the websites, recreate the information architecture and navigation and automate a lot of the shopping experience. We also needed to digitise as many of the processes as possible relieving staff of long shifts and allowing them to focus on other areas of the business.
