Expatland’s website wasn’t UX optimised, did not have validated user personas and had little promotion to support it. It was receiving approximately 1 lead per week before Bapple got involved.
The website was built to showcase their service providers as opposed to provide information to expats, which was the ideal user persona we needed to design for. We needed to guide expats through the relocation process either by a ‘planner’ or ‘expert assistance’
