Our approach involved clear user journeys & refining content

We set out to build Kreisson a website that could grow with them in the long term. This focussed on leveraging the power of their news content with a handy filterable news insight page.

Our stakeholder-led approach allowed us to creat clear user journeys which in turn would reduce their bounce rate. Handcrafted UI web design and well informed UX design was critical to the success of this project.

Starting with user journeys, wireframes and then 3 design directions to choose from, we rebuilt the entire user experience across this website to refresh this law firms online presence.

We finished off the website with an easy-to-use backend thanks to our bespoke WordPress development service. This allowed Kreisson to easily update their own information so they could be in control of their business journey.
